1. Any member entitled to vote at a general meeting shall be entitled to appoint a natural person as their proxy to attend and vote instead of the member and any proxy so appointed shall have the same right as the member to speak at the meeting.

2. This proxy form must be signed by the appointing member or his attorney duly appointed in writing.

3. This proxy form and the power of attorney or other authority, if any, under which it is signed or a certified copy of that power of attorney or authority shall be deposited with the Men treasurer of the Company (menfinance@londongdhandball.co.uk) by no later than 10pm on 17/07/2020. Any proxy form which has not been received by that time shall be invalid.
