
Basic Rules
Simple to learn, challenging to master
Game Duration
Two 30-minute halves with a 10-15 minute half-time break. The clock stops for timeouts and major interruptions.
Ball Handling
Players can hold the ball for 3 seconds, take 3 steps, and must dribble to move further. Pass, dribble, or shoot to keep the game flowing.
Goal Area
Only the goalkeeper can enter the 6-meter goal area. Court players must shoot from outside this zone or while jumping over it.
Physical Play
Body contact is allowed when defending, but pushing, holding, or hitting is prohibited. It's a physical sport requiring strength and agility.
Penalties
Fouls result in free throws, 2-minute suspensions (yellow/red cards), or 7-meter penalty throws for serious infractions.
Substitutions
Unlimited substitutions allowed during play through the designated substitution area. Teams can change tactics quickly throughout the match.
